Rooms are a great size. Full kitchen. Separate bedroom. Balcony. About 1.5 miles from the main downtown area. Which was great for us to get away from the craziness a bit to relax. But still a nice quiet brewery, small bar , and good pizza/restaurant/bar in walking distance. Clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Free parking on the street. Or paid parking on site. Area seemed very safe. Picture is a view from our balcony.

I enjoyed my stay here. I rented the one bedroom apartment and it was nice to have all of the qualities of your own apartment like a full kitchen with dishes and pots/pans and a washer and dryer. The room was very unique and was styled in an industrial way. The far side wall was almost 100% glass which I thought was pretty interesting and it even has a small window that you can crack open and its own balcony with chairs and a table. The cons: it was very noisy outside and you can hear it all, all the time. There was a brewery/bar right next door and I could hear their music and the crowd the entire time which wasn't awful but wasn't ideal when I was trying to go to bed for work in the morning. Also anyone in the hallway or when they were cleaning the room next door, same thing. There's a bench next to the elevator on the 5th floor and a lady was on the phone for about 2.5 hours and even though she was 50-60 ft away from my room I could hear everything she was saying the whole time. The website also claims to have smart TVs with Netflix included and that wasn't true either. If you don't have something to stream on and connect to the tv then you're out of luck. The couch was super short too with almost no back rest. The floor is also a very smooth polished concrete and if you're wearing socks then be very careful because you will slide. The shower also has a half wall with no closing door so when you shower it gets all over the floor. Overall it was a pleasant trip and for the price you can't beat it and it's very close to downtown without all the hassle of traffic. Also they give you a password instead of key cards which I think is awesome. Oh and they charge you $20 a night for parking which wasn't stated before I showed up. I'd give it 7.5/10.

We ended up staying here unexpectedly after an unprecedented winter storm hit Tennessee and knocked out power across large parts of Nashville. This hotel was genuinely a godsend. The suite-style rooms made a huge difference. Having a kitchen and a separate living area turned what could have been a stressful situation into something manageable, especially since we’re here for an extended stay while waiting on power to be restored at home. Pricing was very reasonable for what you get, particularly given the circumstances. I especially want to call out Lala at the front desk. She’s been trapped at the hotel since Friday due to the weather (it’s now Tuesday) and has been nothing short of incredible. She’s handled hundreds of guests with patience, kindness, and efficiency, and has gone out of her way to help everyone however she can. You can tell she truly cares, and that made a stressful situation far easier for a lot of people. We also had our dogs with us, and this hotel was perfect for them. Plenty of space in the room, pet-friendly, and overall just a comfortable environment during a chaotic week. The gym is surprisingly nice as well. I’ve been able to get a few workouts in, which helped keep some sense of normalcy. The parking situation is a little strange at first, but it hasn’t been an issue for us at all. I would strongly recommend this hotel whether you’re dealing with an emergency like we were, or just visiting Nashville under normal circumstances (preferably when everything isn’t covered in a thick layer of ice!). We’re very grateful for this place and the people who run it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Harthall Hotel in Nashville, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and genuine hospitality, making me feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with charming Southern touches. Everything was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights was the hotel's convenient location—close to vibrant downtown Nashville, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend the Harthall Hotel to anyone visiting Nashville who values excellent service, stylish accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere. It truly made my trip memorable, and I look forward to returning soon!

Hotel is in a secluded area away from all the main attractions of downtown but is still pretty close driving distance. Hotel has great view from balcony room with a comfortable space. I’d stay here again plus staff was super pleasant for my stay

The space created in these rooms is amazing - kitchen area with large table and comfortable chairs for workspace or dining, small kitchen with necessary items stocked, and double sink bathroom vanities make it easy for 2+ ppl to maneuver about their morning schedules. Service is as good as it gets and a short distance to downtown, Bridgestone Arena and Geodis Park is convenient for driving or ubering.

My stay at Hart Hall Hotel was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and patient, and it really felt like they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. My room was spotless and cozy, and it had this calm, comforting vibe that made it easy to relax after a long day. Little details—like how tidy everything was and how friendly the team was every time I passed by—really made a difference. I left feeling refreshed and genuinely grateful for the hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend Hart Hall Hotel to anyone who wants a warm, personal, and relaxing place to stay.
